TruckPortal accepts M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and bank transfers. Payment is held securely in your wallet and released to the lorry owner only after delivery is confirmed.

All lorry owners submit their business license, truck registration documents, and a valid national ID. Our team reviews and approves each owner before they can accept loads.

Yes! Once a driver starts the trip, you can track the truck's live location through the TruckPortal mobile app.

Raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. TruckPortal requires all registered owners to maintain valid cargo insurance, and our support team will assist with the claim process.

Yes! TruckPortal supports shipments across East Africa including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Zambia. Ensure your cargo has all required export/import documentation before booking.

Your TruckPortal wallet is a secure digital balance. Top it up via mobile money or bank transfer and use it to pay for shipments instantly. Funds are released to the lorry owner only after successful delivery.

Go to Owner Dashboard, then Earnings, then Request Payout. Minimum payout is TZS 50,000. Payouts are processed within 1-2 business days via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
